Return and refund policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be new and unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for any return request.

⚠️ Please do not send your product directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Hygiene or personal care products

  • Products that have been used or damaged after receipt

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong model, etc.):
    👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product):
    👉 Return shipping costs are covered by PulsedPower.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns valued over €75.
PulsedPower cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Cancellation approved → full refund

  • Order already shipped → standard return policy applies

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

  • Receipt of the package

  • Approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 15 to 20 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card issuer

  3. Contact your bank

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit equivalent to the returned item once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method of the purchaser.
